Pole Fitness
Pole Fitness is one of the most powerful full body workouts you will ever try and it is way more fun than anything you will find in a regular gym. At Vertical Allure Studio we teach pole fitness to men and women of all skill levels, from your very first class all the way to advanced combinations and tricks.
Every class starts with a warm up to get your body ready, then moves into skill building where you will learn spins, climbs, holds, and transitions on the pole. You will build real upper body strength, core stability, and flexibility without it ever feeling like work. Most students are shocked at what their body can do after just a few sessions.
No experience needed. No special fitness level required. You just need to show up and be willing to try. Our instructors will meet you exactly where you are and push you at the right pace every single time.
