Lyra is an aerial art performed on a suspended steel hoop. You will develop strength, balance, and body control while learning poses and transitions that are as beautiful as they are challenging. Perfect for anyone who wants to take their fitness off the ground.
Aerial Silks uses long fabric panels suspended from the ceiling to help you build strength, flexibility, and coordination. You will learn how to climb, wrap, and move through the air in a way that feels both powerful and graceful. Great for beginners and experienced movers alike.

This was my first time attending a pole class & it definitely was worth every minute ! My instructor Honey was beyond amazing ! So kind, helpful, beautiful smile, and made sure that my group was comfortable at all time. Upon booking she even opened up early this day just for me to be able to have my private party for my birthday during the hours she wasn’t even open. I truly appreciate her for that ! Thanks to Vertical Allure’s amazing training, I experienced my first PSO competition. I didn’t place top 3 in my category, but I did place 4th & had an amazing time showcasing some of the things I’ve learned while poling here. If you’re looking to clean up your pole moves, this studio is where you need to be for clean lines, pointed toes, & overall uplifting attitudes to build your confidence.
